Virtual Eyewear Styling

Our Virtual Eyewear Styling Service provides a one-on-one private eyewear experience online. Our virtual service allows us to service clients across the country, and around the world. You'll receive white glove service from the comfort of your home.

To get started, follow these steps:

Step 1 : Book your Eyewear Styling Session

Step 2 : Complete your Style Profile Questionnaire

To offer you the best possible service, we'd like to get better acquainted with you. Once your appointment is secured, a style profile questionnaire will be sent to you via email. Your answers will help us curate a selection that matches your needs. 

Step 3 : Styling Session

Your Eyewear Stylist will present you with a curated selection of glasses and sunglasses. During your session, your stylist will guide you in identifying your  face shape; understanding which frame shapes best compliment your features; and explore colors, shapes, and materials with you.

Step 4 : Curate your case

Together, you and your stylist will select the frames to be shipped to you. Up to eight frames can be sent at one time. A Home-Try-On Deposit is required prior  to shipping. This deposit is fully refundable once the case has been returned and received by us in the same condition in which it was sent.

Step 4 : Review your collection

Once you've received your Home Try On case, click here to schedule your Case Review. Your stylist will walk you through the fitting process and review your selections. You have up to five calendar days, from the date you received your case, to try on the frames and finalize your selections. You must return the case to us by the 6th day. Failure to return the case by the end of the Home Try On period will result in forfeiture of your Home Try On deposit.

STEP 5 : DELIVERY

Ship your case back to us using the enclosed pre-paid shipping label. If you elect to use our Concierge Service, we'll have your prescription lenses created and mounted to your selected frames. Once complete, your new pair of glasses will be shipped and on their way to you.
