We aim to provide products of excellent design and quality with the best possible service. To give you peace of mind as you shop with us, we offer the following limited warranties: 

Anti-Reflective coatings :

Kindred by Design warrants that the purchased product ( Anti-Reflective Coating and Blue Light Blocking Lenses) is free from manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Should you find a defect during this time, we will replace your lenses. Contact us by completing this form.

This warranty does not cover: scratches; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications; normal wear and tear as well as any issue connected to the prescription.

Lens Replacement : 

Your lenses are made based on the prescription information and measurements you provide. If we've made an error on your prescription we will gladly replace your lenses. Please complete this form and we'd be happy to make it right!
