Methods of Payment

  • At present we accept the following forms of Payment:

    • Credit Cards

      • We accept most major credit cards (i.e. American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club);

    • Gift Cards

      • Gift cards affiliated with  major cards (i.e. American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club);

      • FSA/HSA

        • We accept payment via your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and/or Health Savings Account (HSA) accounts as long as your benefit card bears the logo of a major credit card such as Visa and Mastercard

      • Insurance Plans

        • We do not accept insurance at this time, however, we do provide a detailed receipt which can be used to process reimbursements from your insurer.
