Return Policy

If you're less than thrilled with your selection, please send the item back to us within 5 calendar days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered, and undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received in the original packaging, (including, if possible, the original delivery box).

To request a return, please email us at customersupport@kindredbydesign.com. A pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you (applicable to U.S. orders only). Be sure to cover the original label completely with the return label. Feel free to add a note letting us know what didn't please you.  

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we are processing your returned item.

Any item that is damaged (scratches, broken, etc.), or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will forfeit a refund.

Any item that is returned more than 5 calendar days after delivery will also forfeit refund.

The cost of shipping and handling will be deducted from the refund amount.

All approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment, in a timely manner.
