Try-On At Home

 

Deciding which frame to purchase is a big deal and we understand the importance of trying on various frames before committing to buying the perfect one. To help with your decision, Kindred by Design has created the Try-On At Home program.

Here's how it works :

• Pick out and purchase the frames you want to try on at home.
• We'll mail them to you with complimentary shipping.
• Once you've tried them on and make your decision, mail the frames you DO NOT want back to Kindred by Design.
• A return label will be enclosed for your convenience.
• Once we receive your returned frames we will issue a FULL REFUND to your original method of payment (i.e. credit card).
• A restocking fee of $20 will be deducted from returns.

 

Please note: frames must be returned in their original condition; unaltered, unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which they were received. Frames that are damaged during home try-on, or are not returned within five days will forfeit refund.
