DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email and/or text message.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier service disruptions.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
- We are not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during or after shipping. If you received your order damaged or your order has been lost during shipment, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- It is advisable to purchase optional shipping insurance to cover potential risks.

INSURANCE POLICY
Coverage Details
We offer shipping insurance to protect your purchase against damage, loss, or theft during transit. This policy covers the cost of the item(s) and shipping.
Insurance Rates
The insurance rate is calculated based on the total order value. Insurance is included in the cost of shipping and is displayed at checkout.
Filing a Claim
- To file a claim, please contact Shipsurance within 5 days of receiving the damaged item or the expected delivery date for lost/stolen items.

- For cases of porch piracy, a police report may be required.
Claim Processing
- Claims are typically processed within 7-10 business days after claim documents have been received. Once your claim is approved, a refund, or a replacement item will be sent at no additional cost.

Exclusions
